Purpose and scope
EchoTake is a pose-guided AI motion transfer service. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every source video, social-media URL, portrait, prompt, instruction, and generated output submitted to or created with EchoTake.
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You must follow it whenever you access the service, including during testing or private use.
Rights and consent required
You may submit media only when you can truthfully confirm that:
- you created it, own it, or have a valid license or documented permission to use it;
- every identifiable person shown or heard has consented to the intended animation and publication;
- your use complies with copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, and platform rules; and
- you can provide evidence of these permissions if EchoTake reasonably requests it.
Public availability does not equal permission. A publicly accessible social-media link may be used only when you also hold the rights required for your intended use.
Sexual and exploitative content
EchoTake does not allow NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content. This restriction applies even when the content is private or the person depicted is synthetic.
Integrated safety controls enforce this restriction across the generation pipeline. Requests detected as sexual, suggestive, or exploitative are rejected and no generated output is delivered.
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or inappropriately depicts a minor is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Deception, identity, and harm
You may not use EchoTake to:
- impersonate another person or falsely present generated media as authentic footage;
- fabricate endorsements, evidence, news, political statements, or commercial claims;
- animate a public figure, political candidate, private individual, or employee without required authorization;
- defraud, scam, harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against, exploit, or endanger anyone; or
- evade disclosure or provenance requirements that apply to synthetic or AI-generated media.
Illegal and infringing content
You may not submit or generate content that violates law or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, data-protection, consumer-protection, or contractual rights. You may not use EchoTake to promote illegal goods or services, violence, extremist activity, self-harm, or instructions designed to facilitate wrongdoing.
Technical abuse
You may not bypass safety controls, conceal prohibited activity, automate abusive generation volume, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, access another user's data, share accounts to evade enforcement, or use EchoTake output to train or operate a competing service without written permission.
Review and enforcement
EchoTake uses integrated automated safety controls and may use human review to detect violations. A request may be blocked during submission or processing, and prohibited output will not be delivered. We may also remove content, preserve relevant records, restrict credits, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or protect people and the service.
Serious or repeated violations may be reported to payment providers, affected rights holders, or authorities where required or permitted by law. Attempts to bypass a restriction are a separate violation.

To report unauthorized use of your image, media, or rights, email liu8021203@gmail.com. Include the relevant URL or task information, describe your relationship to the content, and provide enough information for us to evaluate the report.
